Adjustment of fuel consumption: the fuel supply of fuel injection pump must be adjusted from large fuel supply (full load) to zero fuel supply (shutdown) to meet the requirements of diesel engine load. The adjustment of oil supply is to rotate all the oil pump plunger simultaneously through the gear rod and rotating sleeve. When the plunger rotates, the start time of oil supply remains unchanged, but because the inclined edge of the plunger changes the position of the oil return hole in the plunger sleeve, the end time of oil supply changes. Due to the different rotation angle of the piston, the effective stroke of the piston is also different, so the oil supply mode is also different.

How to judge the failure of hand pump?

Visual diagnosis: by observing the working state of the hydraulic system of the high-pressure plunger pump, observe the pressure value and temperature change of each pressure measuring point of the hydraulic system, and carry out cleaning and full inspection. Check whether there is oil leakage in the hydraulic valve and pipe joint, the end cover of hydraulic cylinder and the drive axis of hydraulic pump. Observe the product or performance test processed by the instrument, identify the working state of the moving mechanism, the pressure and flow stability of the system, and the working state of the solenoid valve.

Hearing diagnosis: judge whether the hydraulic system or parts are normal by hearing. Listen to the noise of the hydraulic pump and hydraulic system; listen to the abnormal sound of components such as relief valve; listen to the impact sound of the worktable when turning; listen to the sound of the piston colliding with the bottom of the cylinder.

Tactile diagnosis method: touch the temperature and working state of moving parts, touch the temperature of hydraulic pump shell, oil tank outer wall and valve body shell. The general temperature should be about 55 ℃, and the cause should be found out when the temperature is above 60 ℃. Touch the moving parts and oil pipes to feel whether there is obvious vibration.

Odor diagnosis: sniff the hydraulic oil for odor. If you smell the smell of burning hydraulic oil, it means that the hydraulic pump and other hydraulic components are partially heated, resulting in the combustion and smoke of hydraulic oil. In this way, the position of heating can be determined. Smell whether the oil has a bad smell or pungent smell. If the hydraulic oil has been seriously polluted, it will not be used.
