If the high-pressure oil pump test-bed is not operated properly, the oil pressure may be too high and cause oil leakage.

First check whether there is oil leakage outside: pay attention to whether there is oil leakage at the front and rear oil seals of the crankshaft of the small high temperature oil pump. The damage or aging of the front sleeve seal of crankshaft, or the wear of the contact surface between the crankshaft pulley and the extraction seal, will cause the oil leakage of the front bow of crankshaft. If the oil seal at the end of crankshaft is broken or damaged, or the oil return hole at the end of spindle is too small and the oil return is blocked, the oil leakage at the end of crankshaft will be caused. In addition, should also consider whether to Italy camshaft end oil seal leakage. The aging oil seal should be replaced in time to prevent oil leakage. In addition, check all parts of the engine lubrication system for oil leakage.

Oil leakage at the front and rear oil seals: even if there are oil leakage at the front and rear cylinder heads, front and rear valve tappets, oil filter, oil pan lining, etc., no obvious oil leakage can be found. Check the crankcase ventilation device of the hydraulic pump test bench, clean the crankcase ventilation pipe, especially check whether the PCV valve works abnormally due to carbon deposition and glue sticking. If the crankcase is not well ventilated, it is likely to cause the pressure in the crankcase to rise, resulting in repeated oil leakage.

If the joint between the oil filter and the oil pipe is tight or leaking, pay attention to check whether the oil pressure is too high, and check whether the oil pressure limiting valve works abnormally. If the working pressure of one pump in a group of pumps of hydraulic pump test bench is lower than that of the other, the current value of the pump displayed on the ammeter is lower than that of the normal pump, that is to say, the required current of the pump with small power consumption is lower than that of the pump with normal power consumption.
