Development analysis of electric high pressure oil pump for petrochemical industry in China

High pressure oil pump is the most commonly used rotating equipment in petrochemical production plant. It transports crude oil, product oil, chemical raw materials, intermediate products and finished products to other places like human heart.

According to statistics, there are more than 1000 pumps in medium-sized oil refining enterprises, of which 83% are centrifugal pumps, 6% are reciprocating pumps, 3% are gear pumps, and the rest are screw pumps and vacuum pumps. A petrochemical plant has more than 2000 pumps, of which 45% are centrifugal pumps, 23% are gear pumps, 12% are reciprocating pumps, 6% are screw pumps and 6% are canned pumps. This kind of small high pressure piston pump is generally driven by motor. The negative pressure of the medium pumped out by petrochemical pump is 300 MPa, and the temperature range is from - 140 ℃ to nearly 500 ℃. Most of the transport media are viscous solid particles, which are corrosive. Petrochemical pump is the equipment with large energy consumption, accounting for about 50% of the industrial energy consumption. After several years of development, especially since the reform and opening up, China's petrochemical pumps have introduced many foreign advanced technologies, and their technical performance and product quality have been greatly improved. But in general, compared with foreign countries, the standardization, serialization and universality of domestic pump products are poor. Each production enterprise has its own series, parts and compatibility is low, lack of unified standards, product specifications, models can not adapt to the development of the petrochemical industry. Secondly, the quality and reliability are poor. Due to the lack of varieties of corrosion-resistant materials, improper selection of materials, low machining accuracy, short sealing life of pumps, few varieties and other reasons. In foreign countries, the service life of mechanical seal can generally reach about 2 years, but the domestic petrochemical pump has not reached this level. Third, the efficiency of the pump is low. Domestic pump design is poor, machining accuracy is not high, pump efficiency is generally 2% ~ 3% lower than abroad. Chemical flow pumps must be imported from abroad.
