According to different uses, there are many kinds of imported high-pressure piston pumps. High pressure piston pump can be roughly divided into the following four categories.

Class I: multifunctional high temperature and high pressure piston pump.

The high pressure plunger pump is mainly used for cleaning transportation equipment, petroleum wax deposition pipeline, parts and chemical equipment.

Class II: ultra high pressure piston pump djs2400 / 32es.

The equipment is a high pressure plunger pump cleaning system with adjustable pressure. It also has a wide range of applications.

Three types: small high pressure piston pump.

Through the drum gear coupling drive reducer rotation. The crankshaft is driven to rotate by a reducer. Through the crank connecting rod mechanism, the power of the high-pressure piston pump is provided by the motor. The rotary motion is transformed into reciprocating motion of crosshead and plunger. When the plunger moves to the rear dead center, the volume of the pump chamber increases gradually and the pressure in the pump chamber decreases. When the pump chamber pressure is lower than the inlet pressure, the suction valve opens under the pressure of the inlet end, and the liquid is sucked in. When the plunger moves to the front dead center, the pressure in the pump cavity increases. At this time, the suction valve is closed, the discharge valve is opened, and the liquid is squeezed out of the cylinder to achieve the purpose of suction and discharge.

The oil pump of high-pressure plunger pump pumps fuel from the oil tank, passes through the oil-water separation filter, passes through the oil inlet pipe, and then enters the high-pressure pump. The oil pump allows the fuel to pass through the storage hole of the pressure reducing valve and then into the lubrication and cooling circuit of the high pressure pump. The camshaft makes the plunger of the three pumps move up and down according to the contour of the cam.

The supply pressure of high voltage piston pump is greater than the opening pressure of pressure reducing valve. The fuel pump can make the fuel enter the plunger cavity through the high pressure pump inlet valve. The plunger of the pressure pump moves downward (pumping stroke). The inlet valve closes when the plunger passes through the bottom dead center. The fuel in this plunger chamber may not leak but be compressed by an oil pressure higher than the supply pressure.
