Due to its special characteristics, high pressure pumps are usually used under high pressure working conditions, some of which are intermittent and some are continuous. But in daily use, it should be maintained in time to make it work. The service life of piston pump is closely related to the general maintenance, the quality and quantity of lubricating oil and the clean oil.
High voltage pump is a power supply device for high voltage rotary spray mud. It is widely used in the construction of buildings, roads, pipelines and other facilities.
Starting sequence of electric high pressure oil pump:
Check whether the water pump, storage (gas) tank and valve, suction valve and circulating valve to be started are all open, open the vent valve of the pump head of high-pressure pump and cooling water valve of lubricating oil pump; start the oil pump and run for 1-2 minutes, and the oil pressure is 0.15-0.2 MPa. After the lubricating oil indicator is normal, start the main motor of the high-pressure pump; close the exhaust valve immediately after the pump head is drained; the high-pressure pump is normal After operation, open the solenoid power supply of the solenoid valve and turn on the pressure power supply. When the water level rises to above level 4, open the solenoid switch of the lower level valve. When the water level rises to level 7 (the "working" signal can be sent in advance according to the pump house design), the hydraulic machine will start to work.
When small high pressure plunger pump opens or closes valve, stand on the side of valve stem and rotate slowly. The work hours cannot be off duty. Closely monitor whether the control instruments and water level indicators are normal, take measures immediately in case of false water level, patrol every 10-15 minutes for all equipment, and record the operation every hour. The temperature of lubricating oil and bearing shall not exceed 50 ℃, the temperature of emulsion shall not exceed 60 ℃, the temperature of cooling water shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the motor temperature shall not exceed the rated temperature rise.
