Check whether the water level of the oil level of reducer oil tank, high-pressure pump and emulsion level is in the specified oil level and water level. Check safety valve, pressure gauge, electric contact pressure gauge, water level gauge, liquid level indicator, sensitivity and accuracy; pressure gauge and safety valve shall be checked every year and exhaust test shall be conducted regularly to prevent the sticking of valve core and blockage of valve hole. Check whether all parts of the water pump, valves, solenoid valves and pipelines are in good condition, and whether there is any leakage, air leakage and oil leakage. Check whether the electrical Zero (ground) line is firm and reliable, and check whether the wiring signal is consistent with the press. Start the pump sequence correctly. When starting and closing the valve, stand on the side of the stem and rotate slowly. Do not leave the post during work, and closely monitor the control instrument and water level indicator. If there is any error, measures shall be taken immediately. If the pressure is too high, unplug the pressure plug immediately, cut off the main power supply, and inform the hydraulic press to stop working when the water level drops to normal. Do not continue to work until the repair is restored to normal. Check the water storage tank, air valve and air pipe with soap water, and timely repair to prevent leakage. Disable open fire to freeze it. In case of emergency, it is necessary to stop working immediately and cut off the relevant valves to be closed, and send emergency stop signal to the hydraulic press. Pay attention to the sequence of stopping pumping. When filling the storage tank, the high pressure pump shall stop running. Pressure equipment, vessels, pipes, valves, etc. shall not be knocked. During disassembly, maintenance and adjustment, it can only be put into use after pressure relief and power failure.
