When the high voltage pump is running, it is necessary to check whether the water level of the reducer oil tank, high-voltage pump oil level and emulsion tank is within the specified oil level and water level. Confirm the sensitivity of safety valve, pressure gauge, electric contact pressure gauge, water level gauge and liquid level indicator is correct. Pressure gauges and safety valves are checked every year. Safety valves should be inspected regularly to prevent sticking of valve core and clogging of valve bore.
Small high pressure plunger pump shall check all components, valves, solenoid valves, pipes, etc. Check whether the electrical Zero (ground) line is firm and reliable, and there is no leakage, air leakage and oil leakage. Stop the pump body for more than one week, check whether the insulation of main motor is good and whether the contact signal with hydraulic press is correct and reliable.
