In fact, the vacuum pump smoke generally occurs when the equipment is started, mainly because the suction port of the vacuum pump is directly connected to the air, and the operation time exceeds a certain range, so that the water in the air also enters the equipment, causing a certain degree of pollution to the vacuum oil in the equipment.

In addition, it may also be caused by moisture in the vacuum pump itself. For this point, as long as the end of the equipment can be hygroscopic, so the raw material smoking phenomenon will certainly be improved. In order to avoid the recurrence of similar problems, the vacuum pump should not be turned on during operation.

The most obvious difference between high-pressure pump and low-pressure pump is the pressure, but the difference behind it is certainly more than that. Only when we know how to distinguish accurately, can we use it better in practical work.

First of all, from the perspective of appearance and structure, the volume and material used by high-pressure pump and low-pressure pump are different. The pump body of high-pressure pump is obviously much larger, and the material requirements are relatively high, so it must have the basic ability to bear greater pressure and torque. There are also differences between the two pumps. The high pressure pump is mainly supported by the center, and the low pressure pump is mainly supported by the pump feet.

After careful observation, it is found that the bearing types of high-pressure pump and low-pressure pump are different. Because the power of high-pressure pump is relatively large, sliding bearing can meet the requirements, and rolling bearing can be used in low-pressure pump. From its internal performance, the specific speed and head of the pump have different performance.

The fuel pump of high-pressure plunger pump pumps fuel from the oil tank, passes through the oil-water separation filter, passes through the oil inlet pipe, and then enters the high-pressure pump.
