How does the high pressure pump clean the equipment or piping?

1. the pump does not absorb water and does not drain. Most of the faults are caused by the stuck bottom valve, scaling of drainage part, too high suction height or leakage of suction pipe. One by one inspection, bottom valve shall be repaired, dirt shall be removed and steering shall be corrected.

Maintenance personnel are responsible for maintaining the high-pressure pump, checking the operation of the high-pressure pump every day and making records. If the cup is damaged, the aging causes air leakage and the pressure does not rise, it should be replaced in time. Check the electrical performance, mechanical performance, main engine and main contactor switch of high-pressure pump motor once every half a year, and add necessary lubricating oil to ensure the normal use and record of the equipment.
