How does the high pressure oil pump work?

1) It consists of an integrated high-pressure transmission gear oil pump, three high-pressure water pump oil components with gasoline pump plunger pump and a residual oil pressure regulating valve,

2) The Si'er Daoli oil pump pumps gasoline and diesel from the fuel tank of the car, through a filter element containing water and oil, through the oil inlet pipe, and then into the high-pressure water pump. The fuel pump makes gasoline and diesel flow through the thrifty hole of the pressure reducing valve, and then into the clean and cooling control circuit of the high-pressure water pump. The engine camshaft makes the plunger pumps of the three pumps move according to the appearance of the camshaft.

3) The oil vapor pressure provided exceeds the closing working pressure of the pressure reducing valve. The oil pump can make the gasoline and diesel enter the plunger pump cavity through the high-pressure water pump. The plunger pump of the high-pressure water pump is moving downward (oil removal stroke arrangement). When the plunger pump passes through the bottom dead center, the inlet pump is closed. Then, the gasoline and diesel in the piston pump cavity will not be exposed, it will be reduced by the steam pressure higher than the working pressure of the oil provided.

4) With the increase of steam pressure, the fuel pump is pulled open. When the working pressure of high pressure common rail is reached, the reduced gasoline and diesel will enter the high pressure cycle (oil passage). After the bottom dead center, the working pressure decreases, so that the output oil pump is closed, and the working pressure of gasoline and diesel still in the piston pump cavity also decreases, and the piston pump (oil valve plug) moves down again.
