How does the electric high pressure oil pump work?

The drive piston of this series has a diameter of 160 mm and a driving pressure of 10 Bart. To ensure the service life of the pump, the air pressure is recommended below 8 bar.

When the electric high-pressure oil pump starts, its motor current is 5-6 times higher than the rated current, which not only affects the service life of the motor, but also consumes a lot of power. In the design of the system, the selection of the motor must have a certain margin, the speed of the motor is fixed, but in actual use, sometimes need to use low speed or high speed operation, so need to carry on the frequency conversion transformation. By changing the frequency of the input voltage, the soft start of the motor can be realized, the purpose of energy saving and speed regulation can be achieved, and the protection functions such as over-current, over-voltage and overload can be provided for the equipment.

The electric high-pressure oil pump shall check whether the oil level of reducer oil tank, high-pressure pump and emulsion phase is at the specified oil level and water level. Confirm that the sensitivity of safety valve, pressure gauge, electric contact pressure gauge, water level gauge and liquid level indicator is correct; the pressure gauge and safety valve shall be calibrated every year, and the safety valve shall be subject to exhaust test regularly to prevent sticking on the valve core and blocking the valve hole.
