When the water level rises to above level 4, open the solenoid valve solenoid switch. When the water level rises to level 7 (the "working" signal can be sent in advance according to the pump house design), the hydraulic machine will start to work. When opening and closing the valve, stand on one side of the stem and rotate slowly. Do not leave the post during work, closely monitor whether the control instrument and water level indicator are normal. If false water level occurs in high-pressure submersible pump, take measures immediately, patrol all equipment every 10-15 minutes, and record the operation every hour. The temperature of lubricating oil and bearing shall not exceed 50 ℃, the temperature of emulsion shall not exceed 60 ℃, the temperature of cooling water shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the motor temperature shall not exceed the rated temperature rise. If the pressure is too high, pull off the blocking plug immediately and cut off the main power supply. When the water level drops to normal state, inform the hydraulic press to stop working. Do not continue until maintenance is restored to normal. Check the gas leakage in the water storage tank, air valve and air pipe with soap water. If there is condensation and frost (water), it means that the air leakage is serious, and it should be repaired in time. No fire is allowed to be used when melting.
