The vacuum oil pump has abnormal noise and vibration; the pressure gauge, electric contact pressure gauge and liquid level gauge have faults or cannot display normally; sudden serious water leakage cannot be closed; when the control of solenoid valve fails.

Shutdown sequence:

After receiving the "stop operation required" signal of high-pressure oil pump hydraulic press, send the "stop operation allowed" signal to the hydraulic press immediately;

Raise the water level of the water storage tank to level 7 or higher; pull out the pressure plug and cut off the power supply of the electromagnet of the solenoid valve; cut off the power supply of the pump so that the pump has the load stop function; after the high-pressure pump stops working, cut off the power supply of the lubricating oil pump and close the lubricating oil cooling valve. When filling the water (gas) storage tank, stop using the high-pressure pump, and comply with the safety operation regulations for high pressure air compressor. 12. Do not impact pressure equipment, vessels, pipes, valves, etc. Removal, maintenance, adjustment, must be pressure relief and power failure before work.

High voltage pump operation procedure:

Check whether the water level of reducer oil tank, high-pressure pump oil level and emulsion tank is within the specified range of oil level and water level. Check the sensitivity of safety valve, pressure gauge, electric contact pressure gauge, liquid level gauge and liquid level indicator; check the pressure gauge and safety valve every year, and regularly test their exhaust performance, so as to prevent the adhesion of valve core and the blockage of valve hole. Check whether the components, valves, solenoid valves and pipelines of the pump are in good condition without water leakage, air leakage and oil leakage. Check whether the electrical Zero (ground) line is firm and reliable. Stop the pump for more than one week. Check whether the insulation of the main motor is in good condition. Check whether the contact signal with the hydraulic press is correct and reliable.
